Why join the YHPA you might say! one sentence just could explain why
United we stand divided we fall.
As a group of private hire drivers we can attain much more than we can
individually, i.e.
Lobbying- council, police, other official bodies
We are also affiliated to the National Association which gives us other benefits
for members.
If you have a no fault accident as a member you have access to a replacement
vehicle while yours is being repaired
We can collate important information to give you regarding, roadworks, and
changes in routes, special events.
We can collect information about incidents that will allow you to work safer
with information obtained.
We can update you on the latest news from council or law authorities.
You have noticed by know that you can access this website without being a
member. We trust that if you are using this website and enjoying the benefits
you will join the association as the cost to you is minimal and helps us join
the national association and admin for our association. The cost to make this
website password protected is detrimental to the association and is better to
allow non members to see what we are doing so they will think about joining and
getting involved.
