What do I get for £149?

You get everything you need to get started. 2 internet company web pages, email your own .co.uk domain name, pictures, hosting.. its all there for you to start putting on your business cards.
Quite simply all you need to do is write a cheque to pay for it. We do everything else including design and scanning in your pictures.
Within 14 days of visiting you, you will receive notification that your web site is done and we will tell you how to access it.

We can even visit you at your business (or you can come and see us if you like although its easier if we visit you as we can get a feel for your business).

We put it together based on what YOU want.

We go away and design it for you and put it onto the internet. Everything is done for you so you can get on with what you do best. 

Do you advertise on the site?
NO, its your web site and does not have any other banners or links on it apart from your own.

What do I have to do?
Provide some introductory text about your business, some pictures relating to what you do and anything else you might wish to add. Let us know what colours you want.

What if I am not happy.?

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and we really mean it. If you are not happy we will sort it out FREE OF CHARGE.
Its important that you are totally pleased as we do ask that you will join every single one of our customers so far and agree to provide references for people like yourself as to the quality and professionalism of this package.

We cannot stress enough, if there is a problem or you are not happy TELL US.

If you don't, then we don't know there is a problem.

What if I already have a domain name?
That's not a problem. For an extra £40 you can transfer the domain to us (we will help you with that) and then we will set up email facilities for your domain name and 'point it' to your site.

How do you do this, I have been quoted a lot more for the same thing?
Our ethos is to help businesses. Just because its cheap does not mean its in any way inferior. This is not a gimmick offering but you need to decide for your self which service offers best value for money. We intentionally do not produce glossy brochures or have oversized premises etc as the costs would get passed on.

How do I know you won't disappear?
If we were going to it would have happened a long time ago. We would not invest huge resources into technology and promotional campaigns if we did not intend to be around plus you have the backing of one of the biggest sites in the UK.

Is it really that good?
Have a look in Essex 2000 or some of the back issues of the Chronicle for write ups or have a chat with the Chamber of Commerce information office, or, more importantly, phone us and we will give you some references from our existing clients. 

The company I was with before have gone out of business, can you help.?
This, sadly, is becoming more and more common. We can help. Give us a call and we will see what we can do to help.

What if I already have a website but would like to take advantage of your deal to save money?

What else do you do.?
Everything really, we have installed computer systems in Lloyds building in London and provided training on a one to one basis for people who just want to learn about computers. We have developed Flash websites normal websites and e-commerce websites. We have helped design the layout for a new computer suite and developed a logo for a local business. If you want to do your own updates or host your own site we can help. If you want to purchase a domain name we can help.

What makes you any different to other companies.?
We like to think we are friendly, easy to talk to and give fantastic value for money and have the backing of a dedicated UK orientated team.

How will people find my web site.?
To be honest there are millions of websites out there, it really does depend on what your product or service is.

We include free entry into UKPages for your web site. You can also submit it to other search engines. This is called search engine submission and costs £45 (although you could do it yourself if you wanted to). We cannot guarantee how good the other search engines will be at picking up your web site.
Secondly start using your website and email on compliment slips and letter headed paper. Tell people you are out there. Remember, its another marketing tool to add to your portfolio.

Can I add pages later or have more than 2 pages?
Yes you can have as many as you want although obviously we charge for extra pages.

Can I update my page and how much will it cost?

Difficult to answer as it depends on what you want, a phone number and address change, £5. A full blown page update is obviously more but lets say ball park figure of £25.
