This garage sold me a car for £2500. This is a large sum for myself and many people and one would expect a car of this value to run for some time and be of a reasonable quality.

Unfortunately the car broke down incessantly and whilst under a one year warranty it was taken back to AUTOSCUDERIA LONG ASHTON BRISTOL on an almost monthly basis. Upon attempting to get work done and the car repaired under warranty we were met with arrogance, rudeness and a disregard for our concerns and needs as customers. All that AUTOSCUDERIA did was clean the engine and send us off juddering and and spluttering down the road.

One year on, with the warranty expired and the head gasket has blown, with AUTOSCUDERIA refusing to pay for it.

We are angered, hurt and upset by the poor customer service and quality of the vehicle. Indeed on numerous occasions they simply hung up on us!! Do not buy from AUTOSCUDERIA - u have been warned!!
