I am a registered shellfish merchant working from Brancaster Staithe on the North-Norfolk coast. I have been cultivating oysters and mussels for 35 years and produce a first class product.
The waters at Brancaster Staithe are Grade A for oysters and the mussels are put through a purification plant which complies with EEC standards.
