George Harding
Director - Old Town
George is a key part of our Old Town sales team and has been with us for more than 10 years. He started out and continues to do energy performance certificates. He is now the face at the door for all your property valuations and viewings. Out of work George enjoys playing golf and is still hoping for his hole in one.
Michael Reynolds
Director - Town Centre
Michael is a key part to the service Charles Harding prides themselves on. Having worked in estate agency since college he oversees the rental portfolio as letting manager. Splitting his time between the rental and sales, he also undertakes valuations and negotiations between buyers and sellers. Out of the office he is often keeping busy with DIY and his young daughters.
James Griffiths
Senior Valuer - Gorse Hilll
James initially joined Charles Harding on an apprenticeship scheme and has covered all areas of the business to the progression in his current position as senior negotiator and valuer in our Gorse Hill branch. He is a true local property expert in his catchment area. When not selling houses he is currently busy playing plenty of football and catching up with friends.
Mark Reynolds
Commercial and Investment Director - Town Centre
Mark partnered with Jon shortly after the company was founded and quickly expanded to a new branch in Commercial Road where he has been since 1990. In this time Mark has overseen the expansion of the extensive rental portfolio and is a key contact within the commercial and investment sector within the Swindon community. Mark is very active and will be very often seen on his bike heading to a meal or a swift drink within the local bars, pubs and restaurants.
Sarah Reynolds
Rental Manager- Royal Wootton Bassett
Sarah has been fronting the Charles Harding Gorse Hill letting team for 10 years. There isn’t a section of the industry Sarah has not worked in from administration to valuation and accounts. Out of hours you will find her in a country pub with a glass of wine.
Karen Brealey
Senior Negotiator - Town Centre
Karen is an indispensable member of the team and looks after the progression of the sales in the Commercial Road branch. Having gathered key experience and skills from all aspects of estate agency from running her own branch to valuations she can offer this knowledge in progressing sales. Karen and her husband enjoy seeing their growing family and frequent trips to a number of coastal towns.
Heidi-Jayne George
Senior Negotiator - Old Town
Heidi is part of the furniture. Based in Old Town office she is on hand making sure all sales are progressing and moving forward as well as keeping tabs on the boys and all their appointments, viewings, valuations etc. The Old Town office wouldn’t be the same without the warm welcome of Heidi.
Laura Stockwell
Senior Rental Negotiator and Valuer - Town Centre
Laura is very rarely in the office and spends most days carrying out rental viewings, valuations and inspections. Having gained valuable experience in residential lettings she is on hand for rental values and advice. Laura enjoys going to the cinema with horror being her favourite genre.
Jenny Matin
Accounts - Town Centre
Jen has been part of the team since 2005 and is a crucial member of our rental team. Jen is key to client relations and branch accounts, ensuring landlords and tenants are satisfied and payments made as quickly as possible. Jen is an avid traveller and loves nothing more than taking some time away with her husband to various destinations around the globe.
Marie Baldwin
Maintenance - Town Centre
Marie enjoys the outdoors, particularly gardening and walking. In the office she is a key member of the team undertaking property inspections and dealing with the various maintenance requests, contractors, landlords and tenants.
Louise Griffiths
Sales Co-ordinator - Gorse Hill
Louise is the newest member of the growing team in Gorse Hill and is a friendly and efficient sales co-ordinator dealing with the healthy pipeline. She enjoys spending time with her young daughter with a trip to the local parks as frequent as possible.
Dawn Warren
Office Manager - Gorse Hill
Dawn offers a wide range of skills and experience and is passionate about providing the personal and friendly service we strive for. Dawn is hard working and uses her local knowledge and expertise to help our clients achieve the best price for their property and to do everything possible to provide a smooth and successful sale.
Emma Macwatters
Tenancy Coordinator - Town Centre
Emma has recently joined the team and brings with her a friendly and approachable nature. Emma carries out the task of liaising with the numerous tenants moving in and out of our rental portfolio. Out of working hours she enjoys rock and roll bingo and frequent visits back home to family in Devon.
Christy Farr
Office Manager - North Swindon
Christy has been an invaluable member of the team since the opening of the North Swindon office in 2008. Priding herself on customer service she ensures sellers and home movers have a stress free and enjoyable moving experience and is always on hand in offering her time and experience. When not managing the vast pipeline in our north Swindon office she enjoys taking time away with her two young children often to various destinations around the globe with a long stroll along the beach and shops among her top priorities.
Jordan Baverstock
Senior Negotiator- North Swindon
Jordan is the newest member of the team in the fast paced North Swindon office. After gaining several years of experience with another local agent he was looking for his next challenge and joined the team as a senior sales negotiator in 2023. When he’s not working hard to find the perfect buyer for your home, he can usually be found hiking in the countryside and spending quality time with family.
Robyn George
Rental Negotiator - Royal Wootton Bassett
Robyn is usually the first point of contact for tenants. Robyn does a versatile role within the day to day running of the rental portfolio. In her spare time she enjoys a coffee date, Netflix and a good night out.
Nathan Fox
Negotiator- Town Centre
Nathan has recently joined the team and is excited and enthusiastic in learning a new role as an estate agents. Having always been very interested in property he is thriving under the role of sales and lettings negotiator. Coming from a keen footballing family out of the role of buying, selling and renting Nathan is often watching and following his favourite team Leeds United.
Nicola Packer
Negotiator - North Swindon
Nicola boasts over 15years in the property industry and became an important member of the growing Charles Harding North Swindon team in 2012. Nicola is a born and bred Swindonian so has excellent knowledge of the town and the amenities around. Her previous experience includes 3 years within property lettings, providing her with valuable knowledge in both residential sales and lettings. Nicola is a 'people person' who’s main roll is accompanying many of the viewings and making sure there is effective, subsequent feedback. She also prides herself on being able to match the right person to the right home. During her spare time, she likes nothing more than spending time with her family and friends, and also enjoy country walks followed by a relaxing glass of wine

Lee has worked in Swindon as an Estate Agent for over 30 years and has been running his own franchise based in Gorse Hill. We recently moved to our dream home using Charles Harding estate agents to sell our previous home. We cannot recommend them enough, we previously had our house up for sale with a competitor and are so pleased we moved on to Charles Harding instead. Can't speak highly enough of the team here, both in sales and lettings. Buying was easy, communication was constant and the advice was spot on.
