Staff is our major asset in any such achievement. They must be motivated, through strong and clear leadership towards the fulfilment of our market task.

Our client orientation means that we should concentrate resources to maximise the value for both the company and the client. Value-for-money is the key objective and will remain so.

d) Profitability
Profit is the necessary ingredient in achieving our long-term aims and ensuring the availability of capital to meet the needs for such investment.
