Every client has both routine and particular security requirements. Establishing this aspect of service requirement determines the calibre of personnel needed to satisfy the needs of the client. This becomes part of our task, which we accomplish very successfully.

We provide security officers fully trained to SITO standards BS7499, each of whom is fully vetted to the requirements of BS 7858. We fully understand and acknowledge that every client requires a stable, permanent team of officers in any given contractual situation. Attracting and Retaining the Right Calibre Staff

This involves two main elements: 1. Pay & conditions must be set at the right level. 2. Management must be professional, pro-active and fair. We determine any quotation by agreeing with the client the right rate of pay and other benefits. We ensure that any operational staff can earn a fair living wage without the need to work excessive hours. The Directors and management of Central are fully committed to this policy and, that is exactly what we practice.
